2009 Hidden Cost Study Report
This study commenced in 2008 with financial support from the Canadian Corporation Fund to uncover hidden costs applicable to manufacturers to conduct business, which may arise from inefficiency in service delivery, duplication of roles, multiple procedures and unwarranted fees for licensing or permits.
