Caricom is currently in negotiations with Canada for a Free Trade Agreement. One of the areas that has to be agreed upon is the rules of origin (ROO) that will govern Jamaica’s access of products into Canada. If you are currently exporting to Canada or is a potential exporter, we are kindly asking you to complete the CARICOM-Canada Analysis Form which will assist the Jamaica Manufacturers’ Association (JMA) and the Trade Board (TB) to determine the product specific rules that will be required to export Jamaican products (whether it be value added, wholly produced or tariff jump).
